Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within only Canada at the moment.

Where is my order coming from?
All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

I don’t see a shoe or size that I want. Can you source them for me?
Yes, we can try and source specific shoes for you if they are not available on our website! Please email us at: neatheat96@gmail.com with “Sourcing Request” in the subject.

Why was my order cancelled?
It is possible that your order was cancelled due to a website error, an inventory issue, or for fraud prevention. In these cases, orders may be cancelled to prevent any issues from arising.
